Grilled Veal Bratwurst 


Total preparation and cooking time: 40 minutes


Veal Grilling Bratwurst:

Main Ingredients

» equal parts beer and water
» 1 coarsely chopped onion
» 1 pound Veal Grilling Brats
» 5 frankfurter buns

Directions:

  1. 1. In a large stew pot, bring equal parts of beer and water to a boil.  Add coarse chopped white onion and veal brats.

    2. Let the brats simmer in the mixture of boiling water, beer and onion for about 25 minutes.

    3. Drain brats from liquid and grill for 15 minutes over medium heat, until golden brown. 

    4. Place each brat in a frankfurter style bun, top with mustard and grilled peppers if desired.  

Makes 5 servings
