Sweet and Spicy Veal Chops![]()
Total preparation and cooking time: 25 minutes
1. Combine garlic and ¼ teaspoon pepper; press evenly on both sides of veal chops. In large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat until hot. Place chops in skillet and cook 9 to 11 minutes for medium doneness, turning once. Remove veal; sprinkle with ¼ teaspoon salt. Keep warm.
2. Pour off drippings, if necessary. Add vinegar, sugar and red pepper. Cook and stir over high heat 30 seconds or until slightly reduced. Pour sauce over chops.
